Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you want to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
